By using BashBundle (available at bashbundle.com and as a Chrome extension), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What BashBundle is

BashBundle is a free party planning tool that generates grocery ingredient lists from curated party themes, scales quantities by guest count, and helps you push those lists to third-party grocery platforms. It is provided free of charge, with no warranties of any kind.

What BashBundle is not

• BashBundle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Instacart or Kroger unless explicitly stated
• BashBundle is not a grocery store or retailer — we don't sell food or take orders
• BashBundle is not a nutritional guidance service — ingredient cost and quantity estimates are approximations only
• BashBundle is not a legal compliance service — state alcohol restriction information is provided as a convenience and may not be current or complete

Ingredient quantities and cost estimates

All ingredient quantities and cost estimates generated by BashBundle are approximations for planning purposes only. Actual quantities needed and prices will vary based on your guests' preferences, serving sizes, your location, and current market prices. You are responsible for reviewing your cart before completing any purchase.

Alcohol regulations

BashBundle provides state-level alcohol purchase restriction information as a convenience feature. This information is derived from publicly available sources (NCSLA, NABCA, state ABC boards) and is updated periodically. It may not reflect recent regulatory changes. You are responsible for complying with applicable alcohol regulations in your jurisdiction. BashBundle accepts no liability for alcohol purchases made in violation of applicable law.

Third-party platforms

BashBundle integrates with Instacart, Kroger, and other grocery platforms via their public APIs and affiliate programs. These integrations may change or become unavailable without notice. BashBundle is not responsible for the availability, pricing, or quality of products on third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service.

Intellectual property

The BashBundle name, logo, app design, and curated party themes are the property of BashBundle. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission. The underlying software is proprietary.

Limitation of liability

BashBundle is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall BashBundle be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: food not tasting good, running out of ingredients, guests not having fun, or failed grocery orders.

Changes to the service

We may update, modify, or discontinue BashBundle at any time without notice. We'll do our best to keep you informed of significant changes via the website.
